屏幕显示：“ Main Menu

System Utility: View all system setting.
<F1> Help <Esc><F3> Exit <↑↓> Move <Enter> View Menu ”
选择 Full Recovery，按回车键继续；
屏幕显示恢复的一些说明：“Term & Conditions ...........
Do you accept these conditions? (Y/N) [ ] ”
按Y继续；
屏幕显示一些说明文字：“ ...........
Do you want to Continue?(Y/N) [ ] ”
按 Y 继续；
屏幕显示：“Your hard disk will be formatted, and all files will be deleted.
Do you want to continue? (Y/N) [ ] ”
按Y继续；
屏幕显示：“Preparing Hard Disk.....
EasyRestore ........”
屏幕上显示文件解压缩进度条，表示系统恢复正在进行；（此时不需要任何操作）
当屏幕显示：“Your computer must restart to continue with recovery. The computer will now restart. ”
系统将自动重新启动以继续恢复过程；
系统重启后，将继续出现文件解压缩画面；
屏幕显示：“Remove any diskettes or CDs from the drives, and press Enter to restart your computer.”时，
系统恢复过程已经完成，按回车键重新启动系统。
按屏幕提示进行操作即可。
