故障现象：
VXA3（25R0045）磁带机在Microsoft Windows 2000 和 Microsoft Windows Server 2003操作系统中能够正常地安装和运行识别， 装载2.10.1.1版本的设备驱动，设备状态是 "working properly"。
这个问题是在磁带机备份工具的“ Restore and Manage media tab”标签上，VXA-3磁带机被标示为Ecrix VXA-1。

解决方法：
这个问题已经被通报给Microsoft公司。
VXA-3磁带机能够使用Microsoft Windows Backup Utility备份工具正常的备份和恢复数据，现阶段没有方法解决磁带机设备的识别标志错误的问题。
